The application uses Vercel for hosting and recording Blob storage, and Supabase for PostgreSQL. Telephony, voice and AI providers also process data needed for calls. The complete service is not represented as EU-only.
Transfers
Before a restricted transfer, a valid transfer mechanism and any necessary supplementary measures must be in place. Merely referring to Standard Contractual Clauses does not establish execution or the actual processing location. Request the applicable arrangements at privacy@asklucien.com.
Retention
On activation of the new policy, audio has a default 30-day period unless the organization or plan specifies a period. Existing archives receive the full announced period from the effective date. Written results are kept separately for access until the request or account is deleted, subject to legal obligations. Failed technical deletion must be retried; it is not confirmation of erasure.
