The providers below are used according to enabled features and configured paths. Only processing on our behalf for your service falls within the DPA's subprocessor authorization; some providers also have independent legal responsibilities.

- OpenAI — AI request preparation and analysis
- Anthropic — AI request preparation and analysis
- Google — AI models, Places business search and optional sign-in
- Supabase — Application PostgreSQL database
- Vercel — Application hosting, recording Blob storage and site analytics
- Sentry — Error and security monitoring
- Mailgun — Transactional email; EU API endpoint in the current code
- Stripe — Payments, invoicing and tax; also acts as an independent controller for its own obligations
- Contentsquare — Optional consented product analytics
- Google Analytics — Optional consented usage measurement, not a calling subprocessor
Locations and transfers
An EU region or EU API endpoint alone does not guarantee EU-only processing. Regions, contracting entities, provider retention and transfer mechanisms must be confirmed for the actual provider accounts. Request the applicable details and safeguards at privacy@asklucien.com; this page does not promise EU-only residency.
Subprocessor additions and replacements are subject to the DPA's notice and objection procedure. This inventory is not evidence of executed agreements or a certification.
